The TANEC PRAHA 2024 Festival takes place under the auspices of the President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel.

Become part of the Dance Well community and discover the healing power of dance!

As part of the Dance Well international project, Tanec Praha organizes regular dance meetings intended for people with Parkinson's disease or other movement limitations as well as for the general public. The lessons are for everyone interested in self-care and social cohesion.

Led by a team of specially trained professional artists, the sessions take place every Tuesday in inspirational non-theatrical spaces. Their goal is to stimulate not only the body, but also the mind. As part of the TANEC PRAHA 2024 festival, we invite you to an open lesson in the beautiful grounds of the Prague City Gallery at the Troja Château.

On June 4 the GHMP - Troja Château will be exceptionally closed to the public. Dance Well lesson participants can enter the lesson locations through the main entrance (U Trojského zámku 4/1, 171 00 Prague 7) from 4 to 4:30 p.m. Reservation required!

And this will not be the only meeting with the project. Less than two weeks later, a choreographic work will be presented at the Tanec Praha Festival 2024, which choreographer and dancer Jaro Viňarský was invited to create. The premiere of Elevated, on which he collaborates with Dance Well participants, will be presented on June 15 and 16 in the National Gallery Prague – Trade Fair Palace.
