Markéta Stránská (CZ)

Choreographer, performer and physiotherapist. She has been devoting herself to contemporary dance on the Czech and Slovak scene since 2012. In the 2016/2017 season, she was a member of the Audience Jury of the Czech Dance Platform within the international project Be SpectACTive!. In August 2017, with her auteur work, she participated in the Choreographic Residence organized by the SE.S.TA. association in Prague and a year later in the international choreographic platform FILLIMIT 2018 in Žďár nad Sázavou and the International Dance Laboratories Candoco Dance Company in Lodon. In September 2018, she successfully premiered her choreographic dance solo debut LeŤ. Her latest work, together with Jean Gaudin, is the project …Or to Be (2020).
