Lin Hwai Min and his Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan returned with the mystical work Songs of the Wanderers and also managed to handle the space of the Sazka Arena. The ton of rice specially adapted for scenographic purposes created fascinating shapes. The program was significantly enriched by partner network Trans Danse Europe, which continued the successful cooperation from the year 2000 in another three-year project. Among perennial stars were Mossoux-Bonté and Karine Ponties. The outputs of the project included cooperation of Icelandic Erna Ómarsdóttir and Slovenian director Emil Hrvatin, later famous as Janez Janša.
