TANEC PRAHA Festival 2012 | 28 May – 29 June 2012

The tandem of Alena Brožová and Markéta Perroud co-leading the festival was joined by Daniela Řeháková, who after many years in financial management took on the organizational management of the PONEC Theatre. Together with the whole team they expanded the accompanying program and brought great impulses for international cooperation. The main event was the return of Guilherme Botelho with Alias, this time in the hypnotic piece Sideways Rain. Two evenings also belonged to Wim Vandekeybus in a co-production with the Archa Theatre and Saburo Teshigawara in collaboration with 420PEOPLE. In addition to young talents in the laboratory program, audiences were fascinated by the return of Wendy Houstoun and the guest appearance of Charlotta Öfverholm.
